CHARACTERISTICS: Ruby red with violet highlights and hints of ripe fruit. Easy drinkability.
AGING: About 3 years
SERVING TEMPERATURE: 18-20 C°
PAIRINGS: Elaborate first courses, grilled meats, medium-aged cheeses.
